Jim Joyce, Sales Management and Sales Training Advisor

Jim provides over 30 years of  sales, sales management, and sales training experience, with particular focus in information technology and related services. Mr. Joyce is currently the president of Sales Partners, Inc.

Prior to forming Sales Partners, Jim served as Division General Manager, Director of National Operations, Vice President, etc. for companies ranging in annual revenue from over $20B to less than $5MM – achieving targets over 90% of the time.

With over 30 years of successful experience teaching, coaching and mentoring executives, managers, salespeople, customer service reps and students, Jim Joyce brings his special attribute: acute empathy.

Using this skill at Sales Partners, Jim helps companies, institutions and individuals work effectively and efficiently to achieve their greatest potential.

He is a Certified Master Sales Trainer (Learning International), coaches and judges business programs at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and conducts seminars and classes for Technical Community Colleges in North Carolina, Chambers of Commerce, Professional Organizations and private industry.
